To apply the tongue pads, start by cleaning the inner tongue surface of your shoes. Next, peel off the protective backing of the pad and stick it onto the tongue of your shoe, ensuring that the narrow end is towards the toes. Press firmly to secure it in place. When it's time to remove the pad, do so gently and slowly without leaving any residue behind.
